Method and scope
HBF Wiki collects what the public web can support. It does not publish private project material, reverse-engineer unreleased products, or smooth conflicting evidence into false certainty.
Relationship labels
A fast-flash prototype can be highly relevant without being HBF. Core, research, and adjacent records keep separate labels throughout the site.
Maturity labels
Roadmaps, specifications, prototypes, samples, shipping products, and independent benchmarks are different states. The catalog never collapses them.

Evidence classification
Primary source
Standards bodies, company newsrooms, official documentation, and first-party technical material.
Peer reviewed
Published research with venue and DOI retained in the record.
Workshop / preprint
Timely research that may change before archival publication.
Independent analysis
Reporting or technical explanation used for context, never as the sole source for a specification claim.

Excluded
- Private or otherwise non-public project material
